TRAVEL TRAILER

This vintage 1950's travel trailer functions as a mobile studio/project space available for any CMU student to check out like a library book, only better, as you can do whatever you want with it.

Previous projects include:

SUNTRAILER
The SUNTRAILER is a bike-assisted environment that invites people to feel brighter, via full-spectrum light panels, during the cloudy days of a Pittsburgh spring. Even if you're not SAD (afflicted with Seasonal Affective Disorder) you can still benefit from the communal effect of this urban campfire.

RV EATIN'
RV Eatin' is a traveling gourmet diner that grows, cooks, and serves its food on the go. The trailer migrates from reservation to reservation funded by the income from the last meals served. RV Eatin's kitchen, garden, and dining room comes to homes and events in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and is ultimately an expansive network of residents and information harvested through good conversation over a decent, local meal. RV Eatin' is a project by Claire Hoch, Laura Miller and Dawn Weleski
